Flossy Kambuku is a Research Associate for Governance at IPOR. Flossy has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Public Administration with Credit from the University of Malawi. Before joining IPOR she was working as an intern at Public Private Partnership Commission in the procurement and communications department. She is a good public speaker, with knowledge in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. She has worked as a research assistant on several projects including Macadamia Midline Survey, Metaketa V survey and on the Legislative Institutions in Sub-Saharan Africa (LISSA) project. She values team work, is self motivated and is a dynamic force for change and innovation within her team.
